Booking Policy & Terms

Booking Requirements
All photoshoots must be booked at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure availability. We cannot guarantee service for last-minute or same-day requests without a $50 last-minute booking fee. In order to reserve, you will be directed to complete the payment for the selected service or place a non-refundable deposit down to hold full payment must be made 2 weeks before the shoot date.

Scheduling Your Shoot
Photoshoots are scheduled between 9 AM and 5 PM. After selecting your date, we’ll assign one of our professional photographers to your session. If you have a preferred photographer, please let us know during booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Dress & Location
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll select your dress color, and we’ll finalize any necessary details. If needed, we can assist with transportation, and our trusted taxi service will be available for an additional fee.

Special Occasions
If your shoot is for a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc.), please inform us during booking, and we’ll make sure to add extra touches to elevate your experience.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to our refund policy, which varies depending on the timing of your cancellation (see our Cancellation Policy below for full details).

By booking with Blue Runway, you agree to these terms and conditions. We look forward to making your photoshoot a memorable experience!

Arrival Time: Clients must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late,  a $50 late fee will apply, and your experience may be canceled.

Considered Late: You are considered late if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your original start time. This may affect your shoot time and the number of photos delivered.

Traffic Considerations: Please plan for potential delays due to traffic and distance from shoot. If you anticipate being late, contact your photographer to discuss your options. We recommend booking your transportation to photoshoot through Blue Runway.

Changed your mind? No worries, we’ve got you covered!

• Cancel more than 14 days before your shoot? You’ll get a 100% refund (minus the 4.5% payment processor fee).
• Cancel within 14 days of your shoot? We’ll give you a 90% refund.
• Cancel within 7 days? You’ll receive a 75% refund.
• Cancel within 72 hours? You’ll get back 50% of your payment.
• Cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up? Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund at that point.

Weather Policy – Flexibility for the Best Shots!

Photo shoots in The Bahamas happen year-round, rain or shine, but if the weather takes a turn, here’s how we handle it:

Our photographer may suggest a different location or time to capture your photos with the weather in mind. If you're unable to accommodate the change, our normal cancellation policy will apply.

If no alternate time or location is available and the weather poses too great of a risk, we will refund the cost of your photoshoot, minus a 4.5% credit card processing fee and any transportation costs we’ve already covered (taxi’s or car service).

Light rain or cloudy skies  can make for some stunning photos! If it’s safe, we’re more than happy to proceed if you are.

We can’t control the weather, but we’ll work with you to make the best of it and ensure a memorable experience!

We love spontaneity, but same-day shoots can’t always be guaranteed! If you book a last-minute shoot, a $50 booking fee will apply. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, we’ll refund 50% of your payment. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but keep in mind that last-minute plans can be tricky—thanks for understanding!

Please wear clothing that is easy to remove. 

Please be sure that all the accessories you wish to wear are on prior to the shoot, the dress technician is there to assist you and to ensure the dress is beautifully donned. 

• It's all about feeling your best.  Be sure to bring the following:
• Be sure to wear a strapless bra or NONE because we always make sure you're boobilicious!
• It's best to wear nude underwear or a really cute bikini bottom matching the colour or your dress. 
  
• Comfy walking shoes; after all, we want you to enjoy every step on the blue runway as we explore. Bring along your favorite shoes for the photos should you wish to add more pizazz. 
  
• Bring a towel should you wish to take in water images. 
  
• A makeup brush or sponge - Let's keep the glam alive
